How does the VIP Membership work?
As a VIP member, you get access to exclusive styles and savings of up to 50% off retail prices. Each month, you can choose to shop your favorite looks, or 'Skip the Month' by the 5th to avoid a charge. If you don't shop or skip, you will be charged for a member credit that can be redeemed for any item or outfit up to $80.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Returns for store credit or exchanges are free, while returns for a refund to the original payment method are subject to a small restocking fee.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 4-10 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
How do I 'Skip the Month'?
To skip, simply log into your account and visit the 'My Outfits' page between the 1st and 5th of the month. Click the 'Skip the Month' button, and you will not be charged. You can skip as many months as you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay for a faster checkout experience.
How do I find the right size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Our activewear is designed with high-performance fabrics that offer various levels of compression. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
